Location was great for what we needed
Cons No room service or anything open for lunch or dinner. This is important for travellers that are not well voiced in Chinese
古いので仕方ないですが、清潔はギリ保っております。 朝食ビュッフェはいつ来ても同じ。 徒歩圏内内にレストランあるけど、少し寂れています。

昔は良かったが今はイマイチ。 宿泊者が少ないとエレベーターを全部稼働させない。シェラトンのブランドはもうここにはないです。 値段は安くないし。朝ごはんは美味しくない。 昔と違って種類も多くなく中国人向けに100％なっている感じ
Great customer service
Wang Manager, Jenny and Leo are extremely helpful during our 3 days stay in the hotel. The rest of the service team are efficient in meeting guests needs. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel is located 5mins away from a small mall with a huge super market.
