Rooms are spacious and mostly clean, but quality is uneven. Some guests hit a great room with comfy beds and city views; others got worn mattresses with noisy springs, broken AC, tatty furniture, and a damp smell. Noise from hallways and the mall below can wake you. Request a front-facing room with Arts and Sciences views or you may end up with a tired, noisy box.
