Front Desk staff was very kind and helpful! Lobby, main floor, and hallways leading to room were very clean.

Cons Much older building. Room has been updated, but hard to hide the age of the building. Bed was uncomfortable.

Poor front desk customer service

Cons Michael at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. He continued to try and belittle me when asking simple questions regarding my stay. I felt so uncomfortable that I no longer wanted to continue my stay at this hotel. I really wish I had a corporate number to report this behavior to someone higher up.

It was very clean and decoration was nice.

Cons I like the location and the accessibility to everything. I am used to having a microwave in my rooms when I go away. But it was a short stay so no problem. Overall the property was nice.

Everything I needed close. I love walking si for me everything was within walking distance Staff exceptionally lovely

I have 6 wonderful days at Indigo Midtown Atlanta. Great location for Gatech
