Cons Our room thermostat would not go lower 73 degrees. Also my son’s room had mold on the shower head. It was also cracked. Our room had a cracked wall in the shower. We had a bath towel that was visibly ripped on one corner. We needed facecloths who. We first got there.

Overall clean and spacious. The cleaners that work there are super polite and quick. We got a full cleaning done in 25 minutes.
Cons The reception staff is not very helpful. The first shift when we just moved in forgot my requests to bring stuff up to the room (asked for towels once and then for a kettle in person). The system was down when we moved in which is not their fault but they could’ve offered a drink at the bar or literally anything else cause we waited for an hour. The location is terrible. It’s impossible to get out and not be stuck in an unsafe area there. Wasn’t aware of that when booking. That specific block that they’re located on is super sketchy even in the morning. The pool doesn’t have any tanning space and that isn’t listed on booking. It’s just a pool and a sofa for general use of the cafe on the rooftop. We also had flies in the shower! They don’t die even if you spray them with water so we just let them be.

Cons Piscine ferme à 17h afin que l’hôtel puisse ouvrir le bar. Cela devrait être communiqué au client dès la réservation. Il y a une discothèque au 15 èm étage ouverte jusqu’à une heure du matin.

Cons Noise from the club on 15th floor but it wasnt on every night. Breakfast was just vouchers & limited choice but it was ok.

Cons Chambres très bruyantes, très mal isolées (impression d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes). On avait choisi d'avoir le petit déjeuner. On s'attendait à un petit déjeuner continental à volonté. Au lieu de cela, on avait droit à 2 bons de 15$ à dépenser au rooftop (pour 4 personnes): de quoi prendre 2 croissants et 2 coupes de fruits. On a écrit à l'hôtel pour faire part de notre déception mais aucune réponse de leur part. Piscine froide, beaucoup plus petite que sur les photos. Bar du rooftop très cher
