Clean, beautiful. Quiet… could not hear anything from either room beside ours!

Cons The curtain did not close all the way in the room, so it let the sun in. Other than that nothing was wrong!

The location of the hotel, employees very friendly, but hotel rooms need upgrading.

Proximity to downtown. Walk to places of interest. Pillows at the hotel. Hotel parking. Ice machine on each floor.

Cons Need to update bathrooms and carpet in rooms. No microwaves in the rooms. Need more packets of different kinds of sugar for coffee pot.

It was a center point for visiting our family & friends

The breakfasts and the staff were amazing. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful.

Cons There were not enough handicap parking spaces. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. When you are short and a senior with limited reach the push bottle soaps in shower were difficult to use.

Comfortable, convenient hotel in a beautiful location

This hotel is perfectly located in downtown Naperville, just a few steps from the Riverwalk and many restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and clean and the lobby was stylish, bright, and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Coffee is available in the lobby quite early in the morning and we really appreciated this. Free parking is available in an attached garage, which was especially convenient during the rainy, stormy weather we experienced during our stay.
