Location, staff, coffee shop, and restaurant.

Cons Windows and/or walls not well insulated to drown out noises from the street.

9/10, my room didn’t have a microwave though. That’s it! Highly recommend.

Gorgeous, comfortable, excellent food, friendly staff, delicious in-room coffee, beautiful waterfront view, excellent location.

Cons Room is a bit dark (lighting is sparse), TV is not updated - needs smart TV w apps. Their mirroring capability is not great. Rooms should provide water every day
