The location and place was clean and neat but nothing excellent about the service

Its clean near tukwila and had free parking.

Cons The heat broke and there’s no hot breakfast.

Cons I picked a hotel with a restaurant on site because we were arriving late. We ordered dinner at 8:30. When it arrived it was inedible. I’ve never sent anything back before in my life, but this was horrible. A 6 yr old could have done better. We were charged $61 for it. Just got in from a 5 hr flight and we were starved. No manager to talk to.

The location is good and in a calm neighborhood, very close to SeaTac. The room is spacious and clean and the hotel is quite modern. There is a restaurant (where breakfast is included), a coffee place and a small aisle for you to buy snacks.

Cons The staff at the front desk was not very friendly and so was the staff at the restaurant. The breakfast is included in the stay but you can choose just one main dish + either juice or coffee. On our last day, we had to wait almost 1h for breakfast which was not good. The hotel sends a lot of messages through your phone number, I think it's unnecessary and annoying, I'm not sure if there was an option to decline this service tho. Finally, you need to pay for the parking which should be included in the price of the room, not charged extra.

Convenient overnight stop for onward travel.

Convenient, near to shopping centre, 10 mins from airport.

Cons Bit soulless but many airport hotels are.
