Hotel Las Cascadas

Very nice rooms and hotel very centrically located, poor breakfast.

The rooms were very nice. It surpassed my expectations.

Cons I really didn't like the fact that the breakfast isnt 'fantastic' due to the employees making just enough food for the amount of guests present. Meaning, that when one guest eats more than they thought they would, there is not enough for the guests which are a little later. Even when asking if they could make us some more, they refused. That was seriously not done in my opinion. I pay for a good breakfast and not for only the things which are still available after others have plundered the breakfast. Really dissapointing.

Cons Estacionamiento al otro lado de la calle, llegue a la media noche porque venia de viaje del aeropuerto, el guardia no hizo compañía mientras bajaba mi equipaje, se metió de nuevo al hotel y yo estaba sola en la calle a media noche bajando mis cosas, estar solo a altas horas de la noche en la calle puede no ser seguro

mmmmm prefiero buscar otras opciones por el problema sucedido.

Cons PROBLEMA SERIO CON MI FACTURACION. hace un mes tengo el problema. recibos distintos a los pagos y me cobraron de mas una noche hace un mes y no me devuelven mi dinero dicen que el tramite tarda 180 dias lo cual me parece nefasto. en resumen esta bien la estadia pero el tema este me esta provocando muchos inconvenientes problemas.

I liked the bed, is very comfortable. Whe I arrived from a long drive Jeimy, not sure if her name is spelled correctly, in the reception greeted me, she was very kjng and helpful. The next day when I checked out Lourdes another person in the reception greeted me, very kind as well.

Cons The indoor parking, some guests parked badly and took up two spaces.
