Nice hotel with a gorgeous rooftop for sunset views

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the old town and port. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely pool and access to the beach if you want a change of scenery. The driveway, reception areas and rooftop are beautiful and I would advise going to the rooftop for drinks as it is really relaxing.

Cons The service around the pool was very poor. We were waiting for over 30 minutes for a drink and some nachos. Another day we met friends for lunch and the service was so slow. They need a better system and more staff. The staff were really good but they need more working around the pool area.

Excellent stay! Perfect location, impeccable service and exceptionally friendly staff. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, with excellent housekeeping. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Everything! Hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. Beach access was very simple and they really catered to you everywhere you went! Wonderful staff! Overall awesome time! Location 10 mins from square via taxi or 20 minute walk! Recommend the walk beautiful city!

Cons I would suggest upgrading the room to ocean view. We had level 0 room still very nice and comfortable but we were overlooking a garden. Worth the extra upgrade charge.

Room is spacious and beautiful. The cleaning service in the room is great, and the ladies who do that are very nice and helpful. Beach is right in front, across the street. There's a good gym.

Cons Concierge did a terrible job. We asked for a taxi to take us to Marbella. The taxi fees, according to everyone we asked, should be between 70 and 90 euros that day. We were charged 140 euros, instead. We also asked the concierge where to spend the day in Marbella, since there are beach clubs and restaurants, and he answered "anywhere, there are many things for you to choose". Very lazy, and dishonest. I don't recommend using their taxi services. There could be a beach service too, since it's an expensive hotel. They only offer water there.
