Hotel Murano

The staff was very accommodating. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a free champagne certificate and left us chocolate strawberries and card.

Cons Even though I paid for parking initially as we left that morning I was given a parking ticket. Staff at the desk said they would take care of it.

For the rate it was OK but would look for other options next time.

Bar area was great, food was good. Bed was comfortable.

Cons There was no place to unpack and put your clothes away. Hotel looked to be updated and they did an OK job.

It was great for sleep and recoup.view was great.

We only ate in the restaurant twice. And it was okay. The elevator was super fast that sometimes made me have to wait a second to reorientate.

Cons The Food wasn't as great as I was hoping and the lack of amenities that were option.

Cons Bathroom missing hand soap & towel rack

Staff were friendly, polite, and professional. Clean room. Super comfortable bed.
