Rooms are big and clean with river or city views from upper floors. The bed is firm and some guests call it hard. Street and hallway noise bleeds in. AC works but can be tricky. Some wear shows and the "city view suite" delivers mostly rooftops. Book a balcony room on a high floor to get the best of it.
