Love the room but my items I left behind were never returned

Will stay again n future. But will be aware of what not to expect.

It is a small confined parking area. The outside is showing wear. The carpets on the stair landings could use replacing. There is a section by room 118 second level that could be a potential tripping hazard. Some stairs show signs of excessive wear. Guest room in decent shape aside from minor areas that could be repaired thus giving hotel guest that the facility truly cares about the customers.

Cons The facility and the price point was good. The main component I didn’t care for was the”free breakfast”. I was served burned cold country potatoes. Cold scrambled eggs . I purchased a latte and the flavors were terrible. Spoke with man who stated he was GM of restaurant. Instead of accepting the comments, he blamed new staff as the problem. Lack of quality control was the problem.

Cons Inadequate parking, only partially compensated for by backup lot 2 blocks away. Rooms did not have USB2 outlets. Generally outdated feel.

Quick overnight trip, good for the $.

Safire Lounge attached was amazing! Rosie’s breakfast was great!
