Rooms are nice but small with occasional cleanliness issues. Staff quality swings wildly depending on who serves you, with some employees like Ahmed and Samira being exceptional while others act bothered by guest requests. Restaurant service is inconsistent and slow, though breakfast is solid and the location works if you have a car.
