Hotel Tayko Bilbao

Chegamos exatamente no dia em que começou o Aste Nagusia, e mesmo com toda a mobilização da cidade o hotel nos atendeu super bem, inclusive não tivemos impacto de ruído por conta da festa.

Cons Apesar de indicar a disponibilidade de estacionamento, este era cobrado a parte, o que deveria ficar mais claro no momento da reserva, e como agravante não tem disponibilidade para todos os hóspedes, o que nos impactou ao termos que buscar outro estacionamento, o qual contamos com o apoio da equipe do hotel, mas ficou sensivelmente distante.

Staff were excellent. Location was perfect. Great bed very comfy. Good pillows. Bathroom was great. Good shower and just shower not shower over bath. Which I loved. Lovely fluffy towels and very good soaps shampoos real conditioner. Air con and all worked well. And I was in the basic single room. Great size bed. Room not overly big but more than you need if travelling alone. Would stay again. Staff were wonderful.

Excellent boutique hotel in a convenient location.

This is an exceptional hotel. We were offered a glass of cava at check in and also given a voucher for a drink and a Pintxos in the hotel bar. The reception staff were very helpful in offering ideas of where to go as we were there for just the one night. The hotel is situated in the old town so there is plenty to see and lots of very good restaurants and bars. Our room was very good and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable and the shower powerful with plenty of hot water. I would most definitely go back to this hotel.

Cons The bed back board had what appeared to be blood stains on one side. It appears to be made of a fabric that does not clean easily. A kettle and coffee machine are provided in the room However, the kettle and coffee machine appear to be hard wired into an open cupboard, with no way of getting them out. Therefore you have to reach to the back of the cupboard to reach the kettle. If this had boiling water in it there could be an accident. If there is way of removing the equipment to a safer place then my apologies.

Fantastic Hotel

Very comfortable, gym, excellent breakfast and the staff were exceptional. Great location, the bed was so comfortable.

Hervorragende Lage. Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.

Cons Das WiFi war etwas instabil.
