Cons Non mi è piaciuto che mi abbiano assegnato a parità di prezzo, una camera molto piccola, rispetto a quella del soggiorno precedente di 3 notti solo qualche settimana prima,con il letto alla francese non adatto ad una coppia “adulta “.

Hotel muito bom e bem equipado. Equipe sensacional. Café da manhã é um diferencial padrão Michelin. Recomendo! Quarto muito bom e bem confortável. Cama boa e banho bom!

Perfect hotel for our brief stay in Bilbao
Liked the design of the hotel. The location was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and excellent, as was the service. Loved the welcome cava and sweets available in the lobby. Receptionists super helpful with restaurant suggestions and transport advice. Bed was so comfortable and room was extremely quiet.
Cons Bar area was small and limited. Reception area/lobby was rather cramped. Bathroom in our inward facing room was very small.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel. Das Frühstück ist sensationell gut.
