We had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Susmita was especially kind and helpful during our stay, and her warm service made our experience even better.
Beautiful place, fantastic staff and a comfortable stay.
We were welcomed by Nutan Bhatta on arrival - she was so friendly, approachable and attentive. She regularly cheked in with us and offerered suggestions and help for my holiday. She was lovely. Hotel itself is fantastic, really smart and clean, great breakfast.
Cons On booking, we expected a spa and gym, but this is currently under construction which we were not aware of ahead of booking. Rooms need some more plugs also.
