Hyatt Hotel Canberra - A Park Hyatt Hotel

The cost is above average for hotels in Canberra, but well worth it.

The breakfast was a buffet with excellent choices that you expect from a 5 star hotel. 10/10. Second barista made coffee at no charge. Many other places charge for a second coffee.

I’ll still be back but front of house staff could be better.

I have stayed here many times as I like the old style of the hotel. It’s quiet, elegant and spacious.

Cons Despite the fact that I have been here many times, I was greeted with have you stayed with us before. And no instructions were given for my car.

Everything. The hotel, staff, and grounds are superb. Good quality food, lovely rooms. Our room was lovely but needs just a little maintence on its air con - very loud if teperature turned up and taps in bathroom need to be checked. Have to be turned off very tightly. Unfirtunsteky it is a bit removed - not close to any shops etc.

This is a beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained property. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The property offers a peaceful and serene ambiance, making it an enjoyable place to stay.

Cons Although appreciated that WiFI was available; it was disappointing that in the part of the hotel I stayed I had no reception. It is out company policy not to use hotel WiFi for work purposes. I sat in the foyer to respond to emails.
