With a beautiful facility and beautiful community

The indoor pool being warm and the location near the interstate. The facility was clean and the breakfast area was good! The friendly staff helping us out when I locked my keys in the car.

Cons Checking in and seeing to employees fighting! While the lady did try her hardest to keep focus on us customers unlike the guy who seemed a bit racist towards the lady it’s just didn’t feel confident starting my stay! The indoor in the bathroom was loose

Overall is was good. The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and the carpet felt and looked gross

All main areas were clean and accessible. The breakfast was good. I have multiple food allergies and was happy with my options

Cons The carpet in the rooms felt gross on my bare feet and was stained.

Gross hotel

I stayed here in January. It was the nastiest hotel I have ever had the displeasure to stay in. People were nice. Facility was like walking through a McDonalds playland, sticky, and reeking of pot. Kitchen drawers were off the tracks. Cabinet doors were busted. Light fixtures were either missing or dangling in the baths. Couches were stained. There was some kind of construction going on that vibrated the entire building at night. I've traveled a lot. This was gross. Do better. Hyatt.
