Hyatt House Tempe / Phoenix / University

Spacious, comfortable, and convenient.

We stayed here as a family of three adults, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast area was roomy, and the lobby felt open and welcoming. The location was very convenient for visiting the university, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons Nothing in particular. The air conditioning worked very well, which kept the room quite cool. It would have been even more comfortable if an extra blanket or comforter had been provided for the sofa bed. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

Close to campus and restaurants

Beautiful property conveniently located for on-campus events. Great amenities in parking, kitchen areas, really good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Good value!
