Amazing waterfront location with spacious, comfortable rooms, but limited daytime amenities—the roof

The location is amazing, right on the Potomac River at The Wharf, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. Breakfast was also good.

Cons The main downside of this particular Hyatt House is the rooftop pool experience. The rooftop has beautiful views, but the pool is quite small and the access feels awkward, as it is located toward the back of the hotel. Most disappointing is the lack of any poolside service—no bar, no food or beverage service, and not even convenient access to water. For such a beautiful rooftop location, this feels like a missed opportunity and could be significantly improved.

I loved the waterfront view I had. The room was clean and having access to a rooftop was very nice.

Great location! The Wharf has so much going on and is easy to get to. The room was clean and quiet - just perfect for a short stay. And the staff was great - friendly and helpful.
