Disappointing stay
We stayed August 14-16 in room 306. for college move in. When we entered our room we saw large stains on the duvet cover. There was smelly food left in the fridge. Our first day out on Saturday our room wasn't cleaned or even clean towels ptovided while we were out for 9 hours. When I called and asked if we had to request cleaning I was told they were sorry, that the hotel was over booked. They scheduled someone to clean at 6pm while we were out at dinner. When we returned 3 hours later, it still wasn't cleaned. The front desk took my email and gave me the manager's card telling me I would get points for a future stay. I never heard back. We paid $400 night for our room. I shared this review with the hotel manager via email, but have not heard back. I have stayed here in the past and everything has been solid. This was a miss.
