Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg

I loved the location and room

Cons Staff was not friendly

Excelente lugar

Pampered in the heart of Chicago!

Great location. Beautiful hotel with exceptional amenities and staff.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great for shopping and Medieval Times.

Cons The elevators weren’t as quick as I would have thought but they were ok.

The conference was great! Schaumburg is a nice town had lot to offer. But hotel was not good !

The Location. That was the reason I picked this hotel when back in July was reserving. Its closeness to the place of the conference I was attending.

Cons Unfortunately there was construction work in both sides of the hotel. The commute back and forth was truly rough and inconvenient. Worse than that the construction work had made a pot of dirty water around it close to the hotel it created bugs, mosquitoes, and other insects. We found few of them in our bed 😫

Disappointing

Location

Cons There were ants in our room coming out of the outlet on the dining area on the coffee station. Mold under the toilet seat and in the shower
