Great room, breakfast wasn’t great

Cons So when we got up to have breakfast, there was literally nowhere for me and my kids to sit and it was me and my three kids so like it’s not just easy for me to just get food and walk upstairs so I had them sit at like a coffee table and there was just so many people like it was just and there’s not really a lot of room for people to say it so I feel like they need to have more sitting area cause there was also another family sitting on that little coffee table that we my kids are trying to share with them.

Cons No waffles at breakfast

The hotel overall was good. Staff were helpful and pleasant. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had 3 rooms on the same floor and that was convenient. The location worked well for us as we wanted to be outside of the main downtown area.

Cons The breakfast was a hugh disappointment. It would have been better to have no breakfast than what we had. Hyatt can do better!
