Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa

Adequate because of convenient location, but not the best with all the construction happening there.

Did not have breakfast at this location.

Cons CONSTRUCTION NOISE. We were not made aware of the construction taking place. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a semi-truck's engine. Even when we turned it down, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Disappointed this go around.

As an individual who has stayed at the property multiple times. Overall I like the property. This time it was just off.

Cons The bathtub in room 421 was for draining properly, water up to our ankles. It would have been nice to also know of the renovations going on. We missed the traditional breakfast bar.

Cons Construction in the room above mine scraping the floor dropping things banging around, my bathroom was dirty and hair clogged the drain .. before I used it . One towel had red stuff on it, the bed had a bunch of random small black hair 😳 all over

Pool

Cons Under construction, noise and I was never notified it was under construction.

It was good but I think it would have been better if the first room had AC.

I like that the hotel was in a decent location which next to a lot of good stores and restaurants and that it was close to the freeway 202. And the pool was nice as well. I like the free breakfast too

Cons I didn’t like the fact that the room we got put in was Hot and humid because the AC didn’t work. Which we got moved again to another room. But it was better.

My husband and I had a great time at the Hyatt we just needed to get away and plan to do it again

I loved everything about my room and stay at the Hyatt
