Nice staff but no amnenities

There was an issue with wrong dates being booked for me thru booking.com. The manager Gift was very kind and patient and helped me resolve the issue. We liked that the property was quiet aside from the Marta that runs across the street constantly.

Cons I booked the hotel specifically to use the pool . We were told the day after check in that the pool was closed for the season. This should have been disclosed on the website in advance or at least at check in. The temperature outside was 85 degrees. The pool should have been accessible. We also didn’t like there was no breakfast included in the stay, the $25 per night parking fees, or that we couldn’t open our window without people in the office building across the street being able to see into our rooms.

Loved it. Will stay again. Clean, comfy, friendly nice staff.

bed was very comfy, AC was cold, shower was clean and hot and had great water pressure, bathroom amenities smelled very nice and left skin soft. 5/5

Very conveniently located, clean facilities, friendly staff, spacious room with a lovely view. Staff, especially Krissy Ann, were lovely. They were not only pleasant, but they also helped my partner and I when we were loading and unloading all of our things when we fled Alabama from the hurricane. Pet friendly facility as well, which was very important given the circumstances, as I had to bring both of my animals with me. If you are driving to stay at this location, it’s also perfect because there is a parking garage attached to the hotel. That is very easy to get in and out of and felt safe. The surrounding area itself is very peaceful and a hop, skip, and jump from so much of what Atlanta has to offer. If shopping is on the horizon, it is 10 to 15 minutes away from Lennox or Phipps.
