Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

Rooms are dated, clean, and loud. The beds are comfy but atrium and street noise bleed through, so ask for a high floor away from the atrium. Harbor view rooms are worth it; city-side rooms are forgettable. The decor is aging fast and bathrooms run small, but nothing is falling apart — except one reviewer's shower ceiling literally did.
