Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, but feel dated with dim lighting and an annoyingly bright AC panel you can't turn off.

Everything from check in to daily restaurant service, cleanness, staff courtesy and check out were smooth and without any problems. All staff including front desk, cashier, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful and courteous.

Cons The room 625 was very small near fire exit. The glass partition to the toilet had no screen within and if anyone was using the toilet one could see from the bed outside. I complained and the management decided to keep me in the same room by putting a screen that was put temporarily for our overnight stay. This was awful (see picture) but atleast gave my daughter some element of privacy to use the bathroom. I believe all bathrooms are similar in this facility with glass partition and any improvement will be done next year when a planned refresh is to take place. The Shattaf connection in the toilet was placed to the left unlike the standard norm of keeping them to the right (see picture). I being a natural right handed was struggling to use it but this forced me get out of my comfort zone to learn a new technique using it. The shower area was a hybrid of a half bath tub and half shower which was not fully closed with a glass partition and left open provided little space to use the shower and the water jetting out to the entire area. I had to keep balance whilst at the shower so I do not trip onto the bath tub. Given the space, either the bath tub should have been full or the shower area should have been full. Note, both the shower and bath tub were close to the glass partition providing visibility from outside

Cons 2日宿泊したが、トイレの水が止まらなくなった。また8月の宿泊で、部屋に蚊が複数いるなど、トラブルがあった。トイレはフロントに電話してすぐ修理にきてくれた。蚊取り線香も貸してくれた。しかし、全体的に古さが目立つホテルで、特にトイレや風呂の水回りと、部屋の外も廊下の壁紙が薄汚れていたりと、ＨｙａｔｔＲｅｇｅｎｃｙらしくない印象だった。朝ごはん付きだったが、カレー以外にあまり食べれるものがなく、2日目の朝食はスキップした。
keep going back s it's a good property and they have the best bakery chef
if you have had breakfast in this hotel ,you might not want to go anywhere else. They are unquestionably the best
