The rooms were spacious and the place was clean. I love the breakfast buffet it was delicious, and staff were friendly.

Sehr schön und modern. Sehr sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Der Pool ist toll. Es gibt kostenlose Handtücher und kostenfreies Wasser in Flaschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
Cons Shuttlebusse fahren pro Tag nur einmal hin und zurück zu den Parks. Wenn einem die Uhrzeit nicht passt, hat man Pech. Zu Disney Hollywood Studios fährt der Bus gar nicht. Daher haben wir das Shuttle leider nur einmal genutzt.

Cons Need more food options. But my biggest thing was having to ask for wash cloths. The 1st night I asked because there were not any in room., assumed was oversight, but they delivered very fast. But once room got cleaned they were taken, even the ones not used and didn't leave fresh ones. So is it a thing that wash cloths aren't used to bath anymore. If so it should be optional and still left in room. I've never stayed at a hotel/resort where this was something only received upon request. It was inconvenient and disappointing but like I said, everything else was great. Loved the lake view!
