Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport

Overall was good, but could have been better.

Restaurant and bar menus, comfortable room, good elevator system, great outdoor bar space.

Cons Very few spaces for small family gathering of 5 or 6 people in the common areas, We liked the bars but they closed too early.

I travel a lot this is now one of my top 5 worst hotels

Cons Bed was horrible Only four flat pillows AC barely went below 66 Not traveler friendly Shower didn’t get hotter than slightly past lukewarm

Clean

Hotel seemed to be extremely understaffed. The property and rooms are very clean which is nice. I was apparently one of the few in my large group that had the unfortunate luck of a room with a shower curtain. Very few amenities in the room- no shower cap. Housekeeping was great and very responsive. No recognition of status and when tried to change to a king bed was fold it would be $50 a night extra. Restaurants and bars understaffed so service took quite awhile. Food was good but menus need to be expanded since there aren’t many options. Rooms are very dark but this is my 3rd Hyatt in 3 months and that seems to be pretty consistent. I don’t understand why!

Best father/son stay!

Amazing waterfront experience and hotel. Would highly recommend for family or business stay! Was an amazing father son get away and the view from the outdoor deck and restaurant was amazing.

Great hotel in Renton

We were dropping people off at Seattle airport late at night so we booked a hotel close to airport. What an unexpected wonderful surprise this hotel was. Beautiful location , great new hotel with lots of amenities and great walking paths We will stay again

Great start to holiday

Staff all friendly. Great location and room. Very comfortable and good food options Brilliant place to stay to recover from flight UK to Seattle.

Cons Some noise from outside. Windows could have been cleaner on outside
