We would definetly stay here again. We felt safe and comfortable.
This was a great location for our comic con weekend. Staff was very friendly and professional. Everywhere smelled good and was clean. The room was very concrete and the bedding was a dream. Side note: our front desk agent the day were arrived, Brandon, was very helpful and was wearing his cosplay in support of the event across the street. It was a welcoming outfit that made us feel like we fit in. Nice touch letting employees wear their cosplay clothes!
Cons I was told, when I made the reservation, that breakfast was included, buffet style. The morning we were there, I was told by the front desk that my package didn’t include breakfast so we had to forgo our morning meal and this made it very difficult for our big day at the convention center. It was really disappointing but our overall stay was great.
