Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

The hotel has a great location near the train and Moda Center with clean, modern rooms and good service. However, guests consistently complain about rock-hard pillows and uncomfortable beds. Some rooms have awkward bathroom layouts with frosted glass toilet doors and no separate shower enclosures.
