Cons To much line and wait on the elevator

Perfect location!

Great location… within walking distance to Levi’s Stadium!

Cons There was a stain on the chair that was missed upon checking into our room. The room was urban, but was worn a bit. Needs a refresh. The bed was wonderful.

The front desk staff was excellent. I forget her name, she was from Guam and she noticed that we were from Hawaii for the Bruno Mars concert. It was extremely busy, but she was calm, professional and treated us like we were VIPs. Just for this experience, I would stay at this hotel again.

Cons No late night food service

With the concert the price was way overpriced

Cons Restaurants are at least 10-15 min walk. restaurant at hotel was the only convenient place. They must still be in summer mode but at night it was cold outside but the heat inside the room did not work. very cold and wife and i caught a cold.
