Rooms are clean and simply furnished. Beds mostly work, though some guests flag uncomfortable mattresses. Capsules can get warm in summer with poor ventilation. Noise bleeds through thin walls, and other guests slamming doors can wreck your sleep. Private rooms and apartments are spacious and quiet. Good value for Switzerland.
