Beware there are Two Ibis Hotels saying “location Edinburgh Royal Mile “.We went to the other as we assumed that was where we booked … Looked Nice They directed us to the other ,about 3 minute walk away , in a very dubious side street Felt dirty and where Students may stay . On checking IN they said they were Full(despite showing our CONFIRMATION, They eventually gave us a room .. one bed and offered a second Downy Cover .., It came to the room eventually after reminding them it was offered. UGH … the water was hot and breakfast good.Two small Lifts , one out of service
