Cons Nothing
Very enjoyable as we like the harbour activity and the food was excellent.
Good view of the harbour and but a short walk from the centre of town.
Cons The building works next door were a little noisy at times.

Location , cleanliness, neutral decor
Cons Cafe for light breakfast was nice but too busy. I missed a buffet type breakfast place the restaurant was only à la carte even for breakfast
Location was good, facilities were good. Loved the coffee shop on site. Clean and comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay thank you.

Can’t think of a better place to stay in Victoria, perfect views and location
The location was perfect, overlooking the bay and a short walk from Fisherman’s Wharf and the Inner Harbour. Sitting on the balcony watching the float planes take off and land was idyllic. Easy parking.
