Inn at Moses Lake

Don't pass this one up, great value for the price.

Normally I'd never give a hotel in this price range a 10. But, this one earned it. I almost passed this one up, around where I live "Extended stay" means a rundown facility with a bunch of meth heads living there. This on is very clean and staff is helpful. Breakfast was great, just what we needed to start our day. When traveling I don't worry about things like a pool or gym, never use them, I focus more on comfort and sleep.

Cons If I had to knit-pick it would be that the rooms still have carpet in them. Personally I prefer LVT flooring, just seems easier to clean and maintain.

The service was great. The first room I had had some issues but then they were able to switch me to a different room on the second floor no issues. Front desk people were phenomenal. I don't remember everyone's names I apologize but from the first guy in the evening who helped me get into another room to another male desk agent who let me communicate and talk about the above and beyond concert. He also recommended to take a look at the Moses lake downtown and I would recommend that as well. Also another front desk lady who used to be a professional cook gave me recommendations on places I should try in Moses lake and to the Check out lady from Iceland who was very awesome as well. The place was great, the breakfast was good, and you also get to have great customer service at the front desk! I would recommend this hotel!

Clean, quiet, friendly staff.

Cons Ac was blowing right at the bed, pillows uncomfortable, breakfast was not great.

I really enjoyed the facility and breakfast provided. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay once again!
