Inn at Santa Fe, SureStay Collection by Best Western

My favorite place to stay on my way to Arizona! Just off the highway, so it is easy to get to. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious!

It was easy to find,breakfast was enjoyable,we only spent one night passing through.

Checked out 6 days early and went to a different BW in Albuquerque. I feel we should have some compensation for the stre

The rooms were nice

Cons The staff lied when we checked in and charged on card after taking a deposit. We wanted to pay with 2 cards and they said we couldn’t with check in so they said they would charge half at check in and the rest at check out. The next morning all the cost was on the card. We kept having to go back to desk and every time it was something different for the reason it was all happening. It was stressful at a time when we wanted to enjoy our vacation.

Art, Food, and Relaxation

We love the artwork, the hotel design, and decor. Breakfast is always great each time we stay. Can see why IAIA would partner with The Inn... for it's undergrad students, their families, and MFA students.

Cons We didn't like having to leave. Lol but we'll be back.
