Rooms are hit or miss. Some guests get musty-smelling rooms with worn carpets, chipped paint, old AC, and stained linens. Others get quiet, clean rooms with a comfy bed and volcano views. The AC runs old and noisy in many rooms. Ask for a higher floor with a balcony and skip ground floor entirely.
