Great hotel I wanted to stay at due to US embassy proximity, but front desk very inflexible and not customer sat oriente

Cons Front desk staff, management, reservation not helping the customer and washing their hands of my request to shorten my stay, putting blame on agent and refusing to help. It was a difficult situation for me as one of the USA skiers impacted by the fire in Nevados Chillan - we lost everything but they were VERY inflexible . Very poor customer experience
