A warmth feeling of staying at the hotel
The location, spacious of the room, the staffs from the front liner, kitchen staff, cleaner etc. Possible to provide more HALAL foods instead than the pork as you have a muslim chef. Suggested to have a corner of halal foods for muslim as well. Good selection of drinks and healthy foods.
Cons The bed and pillow are too soft. I prefer a flat bed instead the fluffy one for my back.
Took care of guests when they fall sick
Just stayed for 3 nights at JW Marriott Saigon in early July. The quality of the room, bedding and services is topnotch. I tried all the bars, restaurants and lounge in the hotel and the food and drinks are of high quality. The most impressive part is its services. I got a high fever at 1.30am and ordered medicine via grab. Hoang, the night operator, took care of me by sending the medicine to my room (1219) and offered to send congee and ginger tea without me asking. Very warm services. Definitely going to come back when I visit HCMC again.
