The layout, the cleanliness
Cons 21 and over pools costs $110 to get in, ridiculous after paying what we paid to stay there. Someone pooped in the adult pool so we had to vacate it. The restaurants weren’t all that and my burger from room service was sub-par
Relaxing and comfortable
It was clean comfortable and had some many things to do there.

Excellent for a relaxing family weekend. Staff made sure all rooms were on the same floor /wing.
The facility and individual guest rooms were beautifully decorated. The bedding was luxurious. The staff were lovely and helpful, including housekeeping and bell staff...went out of their way to help
Cons Two primary issues: I arrived around 8:00 pm; it would have been helpful to have available more options for getting something to eat at that time. I DID NOT like that getting info/services in room required a certain level of comfort with technology. I worked for easily an hour to find a menu for in room service to no avail. And truly confounding: the QR code to access in room service is hidden on the phone UNDER the receiver. C'mon folks...that just doesn't make sense.

This is a fantastic place - especially for famies. The resort is huge and beautiful and with lots of amenities and super friendly staff. There is a lazy river and some great rides that rival any water park. Kids had a blast here. When we visited we also had a Christmas themed party all over the resort which was great with snow rides, sleigh and even a ice skating rink.
