Kasa Capitol Hill Seattle

Cons Terrible way to check in. Poor communication between booking and their system.

Convenient, functional apartment with kitchen.

Very clean, comfortable bed, fantastic well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook some healthy meals, had a kettle which we love as we are tea drinkers, great bathroom and love the access to the gymnasium. Very easy to enter the apartment, even though there is no concierge. Communication via sms and email is perfect, and they were very responsive.

Cons Nothing - loved it and I will be back.

Cons The check-in is so difficult they send you a automatic message without a link or link excluded. You need to talk with them every time you book because the link doesn’t work I’ve been imagine old person who needs to check in on this property. The technology not always helps.

The location and the facility were outstanding

Cons The pillow for my preference

整体不错

位置方便，干净整洁。

The room itself was very clean and near the downtown and restaurants.

The property was perfect.

Cons The Fire drill / Fire alarm was so annoying. It started from 08:00 and I was planning to sleep until 10:00 but wasn't able to do so. I also just thought 16:00 is too late for a check in but it was my friend who booked it for us.
