The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The aesthetic was wonderful and eclectic.

Exceeded our expectations.

The staff was very hospitable and attentive. They made sure we had everything we needed. The team at this hotel clearly has set a high standard for their customer service, and every employee there was absolutely professional. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The rooms we booked were great; the beds and furniture were all very comfortable, bathrooms and rooms were clean. We stayed in a suite room that was more spacious than the pictures showed. We were very impressed with the hotel.

Cons we have zero complaints.

Overall, I really liked the hotel. The front desk staff was great and the hotel is in a great location downtown.

Cons My room wasn't cleaned the second night we stayed, ie.... our beds were not made and the towels weren't changed.

Excellent downtown hotel

Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant on the premises, The Commoner. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Reliable valet service.

Cons Can't think of anything, we really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Great three day getaway

We had a great time from start to finish. A warm welcome at the front desk, fantastic breakfast at The Commoner, clean room, coffee in the lounge in the morning and happy hour at 5:00. Be sure you try the crispy potatoes!
