I wish I had taken photos of this dump, but I left right after checking in. Not a place for families or serious traveler

The staff at the front desk were nice and promised me a refund for my stay.

Cons It’s a construction zone with random people loitering around. No gate so anyone could drive right up to your exterior door at any time. The room smelled awful. The pools looked dirty and apparently for $50 anyone can get in.

Cons Restaurant over priced and not to many options. Bar to small for people.

The place is clean and welcoming. There is currently a major renovation going on, but this is not felt by the guests. For this reason, I also received an upgrade to a better villa due to the upcoming renovation.

Cons To accommodate us in the room one hour earlier than the check-in time, we were asked for $35, given that the room was ready and we didn't want this a few hours earlier. One hour!!! This is unacceptable. Breakfast - something that is not mentioned in Booking is that they give you a voucher for $27 and you have to order from the menu in the restaurant, where the cheapest option starts at $17-18. You want coffee - you pay, you want juice - you pay.. In the end, your bill comes out much more than these $27... that's a shame

Location, cleanliness, outstanding pools, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious.

Cons Rooms could use a bigger fridge and a microwave to reheat leftovers.

It’s so nice. The pool is clean and not crowded. Stayed in a king Casita with a living room and dining area. Ordered Door Dash because I didn’t want to waste time leaving the premises!
