Cons Make it “CLEAR”, voucher is for “SINGLE” or “MARRIED”people, and explain the circumstances for “FREE STAYS” I wasted a day with my family and the awesome room I paid for to make time to get stuck in traffic for an hour, nearly got in a accident because some people can’t drive. Just to be turned away because I’m not single. Lol. Not married. But because I have a gf and take care of people that could not be present because our 1 yr old, I was turned away with nothing. That’s. BS. If you’re going to INTERRUPT a person’s time, BE MORE CLEAR ON WHAT MIGHT RESULT IN A HUGE WASTE OF TIME. OR ONLY FRIKEN OFFER VOUCHERS TO “ MARRIED COUPLES “ or SINGLE PEOPLE. JUST LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE WHO DONT QUALIFY FOR THAT FREE VOUCHER! other than that. The stay was mostly amazing!

There is much more quiet time rather than staying in a hotel, with a supermarket across the resort.

We had already spent one week with five of us in a two bedroom. Three of us stayed an additional three days in a one bedroom. It is nice and quiet with a separate balcony. My son who stayed on the couch had a separate bathroom for himself as the one bedroom had a separate bathroom with shower. Being on the third floor (top floor), we had a cathedral ceiling. We were about 20 minutes from the city of Kona, and 5 minutes from one of the two best snorkeling beaches.

Cons We were on the third floor and no elevators. We are 82 years and 78 years old, and it was a hardship to carry our luggages up to the third floor. It was much easier leaving and going down with our luggage. However, next time we will decline staying on the third floor. We are owners at the Kona Coast now for 37 years, and now have been able to go there much more often, and have added three additional nights there in the last three trips rather than going to another island.

We had a huge apartment on the third floor with high ceilings. It’s a beautiful complex with apartment buildings. It has everything from a washing machine and detergent to a coffee maker, dishwasher, and dishwasher tablets. On the first night, we found a big cockroach in the bedroom, which my daughter wasn’t exactly thrilled about, but these things happen. We also saw a lot of dead cockroaches outside. You could easily order towels and other items by calling the front desk, and they were delivered free of charge. It was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. Two bathrooms and bedrooms.
