Cons Room has not been vacuumed well. Crumbs on floor in corners and around table. Frayed fabric on chair, damaged window sill. I shouldn’t have an inferior room because I have a pet. I paid an extra $25 for that so the room should have been cleaner

The location was good. The front desk ladies were very very friendly and professional.

Cons The room was not clean. There was blood smears on the bathroom walls and the shower had hair all over it. It was obvious the bathroom had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The curtains also had stains all over them. The overall feel of the room was grimy and unclean. I will not return to this location.

Cons It was very dirty! The toilet had pee running down the base of it totally gross. They blankets on the bed didn’t look like they get washed first thing I took off! The floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to it! The breakfast was nonexistent! They didn’t have an elevator so we had to haul our lauggage up the stairs n we are to old to be doing that but they never said they didn’t have an elevator in there ad!

Property is worn out - it’s cheap lodging but 2 stars at best

Cons Wasn’t clean - lots of dirt / hair on the carpet and bathroom. Desk chair and desk were sticky. The property is worn out. Hallway / staircase carpet was very dirty as an example. Could hear every activity in the rooms above and next to the room. Bed was way too soft. Breakfast was the usual offering but the eggs were not dehydrated properly, the sausage undercooked and the waffle maker didn’t heat up enough.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee not good quality same as orange juice

Cons Improve the shower curtains. Too short so the water from the shower goes in to the bathroom floor
