La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Austin Airport
Praised forgood location · comfy beds · helpful staff
Flagged forcleanliness issues · unprofessional service · amenities not up to standard
The bed, the location super close by airport. Breakfast so good.
Cons Mmm maybe it looks a little bit old the furniture and sofa. But if they upgraded will be great
Cons Over priced.
Check in should be earlier now since they don’t provide services like cleaning rooms or so on like before.
Location
Cons Bed wasn’t to comfortable also had no soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc
Convenient to downtown locations. Easy access to major highways.
Cons NA
Location is accessible, but service is not good.
Nothing went well
Cons Poor customer service. The door key does not work, and cockroaches were seen at the hallway.
