Excellent staff. Effecient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great Breakfast Bar!

Breakfast Bar was absolutely awesome. I eat breakfast early. The variety of food changed daily and was delicious.

Cons I stayed for 7 days. I was told the complementary coffee and water provided for in-room use were for the initial day only. It would have been nice to have them replaced when housekeeping was requested. Housekeeping for me was after 3 days, one time out of 7 days. Housekeeping was good and timely when requested. But the in-room coffee and water were not replaced!

Cons Breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing to drink- didn’t even offer ice water as juice machine was broken entire stay. Very limited options. Instead of eating there, we bought breakfast everyday. Pool was too dirty (green) to use. I expected more because of the location, but it was disappointing. It’s old and run down. Will not be staying here in the future.

Room was comfortable.

Cons Spectrum Cable went out. Was not resolved until next day. Would recommend new service provider

Convenient to many restaurants and shopping

Cons The halls were very warm and I think that made it harder to.cool the rooms. It was extremely hot outside so that didn't help either.

כשהגענו למלון פקיד הקבלה היה חייכן וקיבל אותנו בצורה הכי טובה שיכולה להיות. הוא עזר לנו לעשות את ההזמנה ולקבל את המחיר הטוב ביותר. על השולחן היה פסל הוקרה של הרשת על השירות הטוב שהסניף נותן - כששאלתי מה זה אמר שזה בזכות המנהל המעולה שיש למלון. למחרת פגשתי את המנהל והבנתי למה הם ככ נחמדים ויעילים.

Great hotel Great location Friendly staff

I stayed 1 night traveling through Austin. Very comfortable room bed welcoming staff, plenty of restaurants around. I decided on my return trip to stay here again.. stayed 2 nights instead of 1. I felt at home
