The room we got for our family of 5 wasn’t big enough for 5. I thought we had a pull out couch in addition to two queen beds.

Cons The room wasn’t very clean. There weren’t any towels at the pool. The staff member was very put out when we asked for towels. The pool was freezing. Just a terrible experience overall.

The staff was great. The rooms looked clean, but I did see a old brush behind the dresser.

Cons The beds were uncomfortable and the pool was freezing. Maybe this is the case you get what you pay for, but it really wasn't that cheap for 1 night it was. $161 for the night.

Have a talk with your maids!

Cons Our bed had a very large urine stain from a dog hiking on the bed! The front desk was very helpful with the situation, but we were very disappointed since we had stayed here before. I used to be a maid. The hotel maids need to change the mattress cover after every single guest! We were told there was a dog show about two weeks ago which means that mattress cover hadn’t been changed in two weeks. That’s disgusting.

Disappointed

The employees were doing their best but the place seemed understaffed. It was difficult to get housekeeping on my 7 day stay. Trash overflowing in the common area trash cans and outside the entrance to the building. Handicapped accessible room reservation was not honored causing a dangerous situation for my 85 year old father who fell in the bathroom on his first morning there. He had to go to the ER and had a difficult week while recovering. We had been repeat customers but will not be back.

Very Clean

Good location, plenty of parking, comfortable bed and spacious room.

Cons Refrigerator was small and barely kept food cool.
