Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Bellevue

Nothing much.

Cons Needs up dating

A good place to stay when you want accessibility, kitchen facilities and reasonable pet fees!

Location convenient & quiet. Room was comfortable overall. Area for dogs was clean and supplied pick-up bags.

Cons Mattress - seems to have had a plastic covering that made noises when I moved on it. Do all Accessible suites have this? Number of tables at normal height in the breakfast area were very limited. Temperature was tricky to regulate.

Not pleasant

Leaving there and going back home.

Cons Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing, especially because the bathroom was in poor condition and clearly showed signs of mold and mildew. The walls and edges around the bathtub appeared dirty and neglected, with visible dark buildup along the seams and corners. The bathroom did not feel clean or well-maintained, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. What was most disappointing was that the actual condition of the bathroom did not match the pictures we had seen when booking the hotel. We expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room based on the photos, but what we encountered was very different. The visible mold and overall condition of the bathroom made the experience unpleasant, and we feel the hotel should address these maintenance and cleanliness issues to ensure guests receive the quality they are led to expect.

Fine

Looked to be fairly new or well kept up

Cons One chair in the room; 2nd floor elevator call button stuck or didn’t work, had to push up button to get elevator; there was tissue in my toilet- don’t want to know;

Horrendous

Front desk was nice

Cons Dried pee on the toilet sink had dried toothpaste. There was cheese on the floor dog hair on the bed.

It met our basic needs.

Conveniently located for our needs

Cons The rooms are very dated. This facility is in desperate need of an upgrade.
