Spacious rooms with good views overlooking the bay and Busan cityscape. Excellent rooftop cafe and bar on the 28th floor. Checkout service is inconsistent and unfriendly, basic amenities like coffee and tea sometimes missing from rooms, and breakfast lacks variety for a 5-star hotel.
