Lovely stuff, they were so kind to check us in very early in the morning, the facilities were great and comfortable.

Cons A breakfast restaurant is needed.

Truly my worst hotel stay in years.

Other facilities at the property are good.

Cons the hotel changed my booking at the last minute to two separate rooms rather than the single apartment booked, what I disliked even more was that I wasn’t informed, not even at check-in and their “we don’t care attitude” to resolving it, or rather not resolving it. Also construction throughout the hotel was an inconvenience.

Never staying here again. Don’t waste your money.

It was a clean location and the Whole Foods close by had an amazing selection of food to eat.

Cons I don’t usually write reviews but this time I am. From the moment we got there and checked in the front staff that we spoke to was extremely unhelpful and bothered. I had to ask her specifics about the parking and the confusing elevator instead of her offering the info about the basics. I asked her repeated info about the pool after checkout and was given misinformation about the pool even being closed, she didn’t offer that the pool on the 13th floor was even an option until I spoke with other employees about it. And please don’t bother parking your suv in the parking garage. You are only allowed floors 4-7 and the spaces were so crammed I couldn’t unload my car in the spaces, let alone barely fit out of the door. That was not worth my $50 bucks for park with taxes etc. We had 2 towels for our 2 bedroom suite and 4 people. I had to call down, we tried to use the oven with no instructions and had to call down. I called yet again, no one came up to explain until we set the smoke detector off that prompted someone to come up. Upon checkout our paid parking pass wouldn’t let us out of the building, I had a long line of angry guests behind me in line. I had to reverse the car backwards into the parking garage prompting my long line of cars to have to reverse too, head back inside and get them to let me out…so glad we paid that $50 bucks for parking. Upon leaving the garage my entire family was relieved to get the heck out of that place. I will not be returning there again. Poorly ran, poorly explained…especially since we pay a resort fee and a parking fee to stay there with no explanation of what we are paying for to enjoy. We stayed here. Few years back and I think lots has changed since it became partly a residential building.

Bad experience with checking in. The rooftop was closed but still gave us access so that was disappointing as well.

The location was suitable.

Cons We arrived before check in and did not get a room til 5pm. We were really disappointed.
