Level Seattle - South Lake Union
Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good views, but expect noise from neighbors and loud fans, slow drains, and fixture issues like broken landlines.

Above and beyond, totally exceeded my expectations
Amazing view, excellent facilities, unexpected upgrade and friendly staff
Cons Nothing; dream vacation home
Very pleasant stay in one of the best outfitted hotels
Fantastic studio, hotel and amenities. Clean spacious and great location
Cons Nothing
Clean, modern
Cons More explaination of how the elevator worked and food market
La ubicación, la limpieza, las posibilidades de complemento (gimnasio, sauna, piscinas) , la atención del personal
Cons Nada
Lovely stuff, they were so kind to check us in very early in the morning, the facilities were great and comfortable.
Cons A breakfast restaurant is needed.
Truly my worst hotel stay in years.
Other facilities at the property are good.
Cons the hotel changed my booking at the last minute to two separate rooms rather than the single apartment booked, what I disliked even more was that I wasn’t informed, not even at check-in and their “we don’t care attitude” to resolving it, or rather not resolving it. Also construction throughout the hotel was an inconvenience.
